Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead and deliver impactful results?

Sherserve is hiring a Project Manager (PM) to manage developers and testers for our growing software development projects in Faisalabad.

We’re seeking someone with proven team management experience (from IT, telecoms, or manufacturing) who can plan, coordinate, and deliver with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Allocate and track work progress across teams
• Deliver results on time and handle issue resolution
• Communicate project status (in English) to stakeholders
• Manage conflicts, priorities, and risks proactively
• Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online tools (browsers, YouTube)

• Honesty and transparency (including reporting bad news)
