Project Manager

Description:

Yahya Hussain Builders (YHB) Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution and oversight of construction projects in South Punjab. This role requires an individual with engineering expertise, operational leadership skills, and the ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be a retired Major or Lt Col from the Corps of Engineers, with a strong background in project management, strategic coordination, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise project activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, technical teams, and Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) to ensure seamless execution.

• Develop monthly project plans and oversee field activities across Tehsil-level sites in South Punjab.

• Prepare biweekly progress reports, including field visits, surveys, and security updates, for senior management.

• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solution-driven approaches to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Supervise security operations at project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure.

• Provide regular updates to management on security situations and work schedule adjustments.

Requirements:

• Retired Major or Lt Col from the Corps of Engineers (preferred for leadership/technical rigor).

• Proven experience in large-scale projects, preferably in infrastructure or utilities.

• Strong strategic planning, crisis management, and team supervision skills.

• Ability to frequently travel to project sites across South Punjab.
