Position: Project Management Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Gender Preference: Female candidates

Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000/month (Based on experience)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Create project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide status updates
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure team accountability
• Support process improvements and project efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Account Management
• Marketing or digital agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
