YODO, a fast-growing construction services company, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Estimator (Full GC) to become an integral part of their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and international construction projects based in the USA and Australia, offering both professional growth and collaborative engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze, interpret, and review project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to understand project requirements and scopes.

• Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment based on project needs.

• Develop competitive and tailored bid proposals that meet client-specific requirements and deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project scopes are clearly understood and estimates are aligned accordingly.

• Research and stay updated on market pricing trends and best construction practices, specifically for the USA and Australia markets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estimating General Contractor construction projects.

• Familiarity with construction standards and regulations in either the USA or Australia is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commonly used estimation software.

• Excellent mathematical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
