BE / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a HEC-recognized university.
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering and/or project management within a petrochemical plant, fertilizer plant, refinery, or oil & gas facility.
Hands-on exposure to capital project execution in an operating process plant environment (Owner's-side project engineering experience is preferred).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong technical judgment with the ability to review engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.
Proven project planning, scheduling and cost-control skills.
Strong commercial acumen for contract development, bid evaluation and contractor management.
Effective site leadership — able to manage multiple contractors and workforce simultaneously.
Strong HSE mindset and commitment to process safety in an operating plant environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare clear technical and progress reports.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Office, and standard engineering document control systems.
