Position: Project Coordinator / Manager

Location: Karachi – Onsite | Remote

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant Project Management / Project Coordination experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
* Work with Project Managers, technical/functional teams, and stakeholders
* Maintain project plans, trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation
* Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Prepare project status updates and highlight risks, issues, delays, and dependencies
* Support project planning, resource coordination, scheduling, and client communication
* Participate in project meetings and assist with requirements and progress tracking
* Use AI tools for documentation, analysis, reporting, meeting summaries, research, and task planning
* Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity and project management processes

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of relevant experience
* Good understanding of project management processes and lifecycle
* Strong coordination, organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar tools
* Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
* Ability to use AI for research, documentation, reporting, analysis, and daily project activities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
