Project Coordinator

Description:

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and deliver web projects across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Square, and custom platforms.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Coordinate end-to-end project delivery
-Bridge communication between Sales & Development teams
-Create and maintain project timelines and trackers
-Ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines
-Identify and resolve blockers or risks
-Schedule standups, reviews, and client meetings
-Gather and document client requirements
-Delegate tasks using tools like Trello, Jira, etc.
-Improve workflows and client satisfaction

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-2 years of experience in a similar role (web agency preferred)
-Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow & Square
-Strong communication & coordination skills
