Production Lead

Description:

Outsource Production Lead’s primary role is to ensure On-Time In-Full delivery of all open production and sample orders placed at the outsource factories.

Key responsibilities include:

🔹 Ensuring strict adherence to T&A and established SOPs

🔹 Maintaining daily visibility on production & development status, validated by the In-house Quality Assurance Team

🔹 Monitoring capacity, materials, manpower, and machine readiness to safeguard timelines 🔹 Conducting structured weekly visits to knitting, dyeing, laundry, and embellishment units

🔹 Identifying risks proactively with zero tolerance for surprises

🔹 Building strong working relationships with OS factories for smooth execution

🔹 Ensuring timely escalation where standards or timelines are at risk

🔹 Managing all reporting requirements, including Daily Status, OTIF, FPY, WIP, and sampling trackers.
