At Victreat, we are seeking a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to lead the user experience of our healthcare platform from discovery to delivery. You will be responsible for translating the complex needs of patients and the healthcare ecosystem into 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 digital products.
You will act as a strategic partner in product development, defining problems, shaping the roadmap, and measuring how design drives both 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀. This role requires a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 who excels in both strategic problem-solving and meticulous visual execution, ensuring the design promotes 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead the 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 for our clinical platform from research and concept development to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and final UI.
• Plan and execute 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (interviews, usability tests) and 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (trend analysis, competitive benchmarking); synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Ensure the product’s 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗨𝗫 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆, and 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 clearly communicate value and support comprehension.
• Translate complex healthcare information and workflows into 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 user needs and design solutions.
• Ideate and prototype multiple approaches while navigating 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 (HIPAA) and technical limitations.
• Create user interfaces that follow 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 and present medical information with 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 and accuracy.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test hypotheses and iterate using 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 and data.
• Build and maintain a 𝗿𝗲𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, component library, and style guides.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Minimum 𝟯 years as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects, preferably in the healthcare or health tech industry
• High proficiency in 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮, with strong knowledge of 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 and Variables; HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Expertise in 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, e.g., Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, and Sketch
• Expertise in 𝗨𝗫 (research, IA, wireframing) and 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗜 (layout, typography, visual hierarchy).
• Deep commitment to 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗪𝗖𝗔𝗚) and inclusive design. • Excellent 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
