Description:
Din Industries is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry with hands-on experience in using SAP software. You will be responsible for handling daily purchases, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchases, including issuing P/Os, negotiating rates, and arranging logistics for General Purchase, food, and kitchen items.
- Develop and maintain/updating approved vendor lists, rates, credit terms, and quality standards for all standardized items.
- Update stores and inventory according to SAP software.
- Source new vendors as needed and maintain relationships with current suppliers.
- Ensure that stores' inventory is maintained according to the set par levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the food (fast food) industry.
- Good knowledge of SAP software and its application in procurement processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain smooth inventory management.
