Pinnacle Fiber Pvt. Ltd., Pakistan’s fastest-growing manufacturer and exporter of diversified Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) products, is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join their high-performance team at the Nooriabad Industrial Zone manufacturing plant.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, product quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes in line with PSF manufacturing standards.

• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product consistency and compliance.

• Apply data analysis to identify and resolve production inefficiencies.

• Prepare technical reports, production documentation, and maintenance records.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Participate in plant expansion and process automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Chemical/Process/Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Knowledge of fiber production, polymers, or textile chemical processes is a plus.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
