Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pricing Engineer to join our Estimation Team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will support pre-construction efforts by preparing accurate and timely pricing estimates for U.S.-based projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for construction and pre-construction projects (focused on U.S. market)
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing
- Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and project managers for cost validations
- Utilize pricing tools and estimation software to ensure accurate calculations
- Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends
- Provide detailed breakdowns and justifications of pricing for client review
✅ Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing or cost estimation
- Familiarity with construction industry practices (preferably U.S. standards)
- Proficiency in estimation software such as RS Means, Plan swift, Bluebeam, or CostWorks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is a plus
