Presales Engineer

Description:

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer with mandatory hands-on experience in Dell configurations to support sales activities through solution design, technical validation, and accurate hardware configuration. The role demands strong expertise in Dell part numbers, BOM creation, and end-to-end solution architecture.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Provide technical pre-sales support with a strong focus on Dell hardware configurations.

 • Perform detailed Dell product configuration, including servers, storage, networking, and end-user devices.

 • Create accurate BOMs, part numbers, and compatibility checks using Dell configuration tools.

 • Support RFQs, RFPs, and tenders with precise technical documentation.

 • Coordinate with Dell distributors/OEM partners for pricing, availability, and configuration validation.

 • Deliver technical presentations and solution explanations to customers and internal teams.

 • Stay current with Dell Technologies updates, SKUs, and configuration best practices.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 • Proven experience in Dell configurations (mandatory)

 • Strong knowledge of Dell Servers (PowerEdge), Storage (PowerStore, PowerVault), Networking, and Client Solutions

 • Hands-on expertise with Dell part numbers, BOM preparation, and compatibility matrices

 • Experience in IT hardware pre-sales or solution engineering

 • Ability to independently handle complete Dell solution configuration without supervision
