Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer – Marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design and the ability to turn marketing ideas into engaging visuals, videos, and digital content.
We are open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, provided they have a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity and design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging ad creatives, campaign visuals, and promotional designs for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design creative content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and other digital assets.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, product videos, and promotional content.
- Develop creative variations for different campaigns, audiences, and marketing channels.
- Design marketing collateral, presentations, banners, brochures, and other digital materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative content trends.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have relevant internship or freelance experience.
- Strong understanding of visual design, composition, typography, and branding.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Ability to create engaging social media content, ad creatives, and short-form videos.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
