✅ What You Must Bring
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a feed mill, pellet plant, biomass facility, or soda/industrial processing plant
• Direct working experience with pellet presses (ring die or flat die), hammer mills, dryer systems, or industrial conveyors
• Strong troubleshooting instinct — you identify the root cause, fix the problem, then document it
• Ability to work independently on the plant floor without step-by-step supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• Full-time availability, on-site in Multan Industrial Estate
