Planning Executive

We’re Hiring: Planning Executive – Centralized Planing Department

📍 Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan

💼 Requirements: 2+ years in textile industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely availability and supply of required materials to the factory.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production requirements are met.
- Monitor material requirements, availability and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending materials and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores and other departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain planning records, reports and follow-ups.
- Support timely execution of production plans by ensuring required inputs are available.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain or Production Planning.
- Experience in the Textile / Garment industry will be preferred.
- Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
