Planning Engineer

GST International is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced Planning Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within established timelines.

Position: Planning Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work programs

• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones

• Identify delays, risks, and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders

• Update project schedules based on actual site progress

• Support management with project forecasting and performance analysis

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field

• Relevant experience in project planning and scheduling

• Experience in construction, engineering, or contracting projects is preferred

🔹 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project

• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
