HIRING – PLANNING ENGINEER

📍 Islamabad

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support the successful execution of infrastructure and construction projects in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and risk analysis ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

🔧 CORE DUTIES
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules (baseline, look-ahead, recovery) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align schedules with field execution.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support tender preparation, planning risk assessments and resource leveling activities.

🎓 CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in planning and programming complex roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred) or MS Project. MS Power BI for preparation of dashboards is also required.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project lifecycle.
• PMP or PSP certification is a plus.
