JTech Inc., a premier engineering and project management consulting firm serving Canada’s oil and gas sector, is looking for entry-level Pipeline Engineers to support ongoing cross-country pipeline projects. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for aspiring engineers who are eager to gain international experience and grow in a specialized field.

Job Details:

  • Timings: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday to Friday

  • Location: Remote (Work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Pipeline Engineer in the preparation of engineering drawings such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Alignment Sheets, and Crossing Drawings.

  • Conduct engineering calculations related to pipeline design using standard software tools.

  • Perform stress analysis in compliance with CSA Z662 standards.

  • Design pipeline crossings employing Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Horizontal Directional Boring (HDB), and other advanced techniques.

  • Draft technical documentation including Design Basis Memorandums (DBMs) and wall thickness calculation reports.

  • Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), material requisitions, and assess vendor quotes.

  • Compile Issued for Bid (IFB) and Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation to support field operations.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Carry out other project tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with relevant exposure.

  • Eagerness to learn and apply pipeline engineering practices.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

  • Sense of accountability and team collaboration.
