Momentum Consulting Group (MCG) is hiring for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist for Canadian client to boost online presence and drive business growth. You'll develop and execute data-driven campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, and email.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
  - Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  - Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, etc.) to align marketing efforts
  - Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI
  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  - Create engaging content for social media and email marketing

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  - 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  - Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications:
  - Experience with attribution modeling and data analysis tools
  - Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing
