Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable results.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve targeting and ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad assets and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into insights
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
• Knowledge of additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
