Description:
(1) Product Technical Support: Provide prompt response and efficient resolution to customer after-sales inquiries and technical issues in Pakistan. Conduct on-site visits as required to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
(2) Project Lifecycle Support: Guide and support distributors/installers throughout the photovoltaic (PV) power station lifecycle, including installation supervision, system monitoring, and long-term operation & maintenance (O&M) optimization.
(3) Technical Documentation: Translate and organize product technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for local teams.
(4) Customer Training & Enablement: Design and deliver product training programs (technical features, after-sales processes, safety protocols) for distributors, installers, and end-users to enhance technical proficiency and brand loyalty.
Job requirements:
(1) Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation (preferred). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in solar inverters, power systems, or related fields. Technician certification (e.g., solar energy, electrical maintenance) is a plus.
(2) Language & Legal Compliance: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Valid long-term work permit in Pakistan is mandatory.
(3) Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and remote support tools. Familiarity with PV system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst) is an advantage.
(4) Core Competencies: Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills; excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
Proven ability to execute target plans and drive operational efficiency.
(5) Practical Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of working time) across Pakistan.
