**Position:** AM Buying - Packaging Material

**Brief Overview:**
The Pack Material Buyer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely availability of packaging materials required for manufacturing operations. The role focuses on cost optimization, supplier management, inventory control, quality compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring uninterrupted production support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
✔ Generate and manage purchase orders
✔ Ensure timely delivery of packaging materials
✔ New Supplier Induction & Supplier Relationship Management
✔ Conduct RFQs and commercial evaluations
✔ Monitor supplier performance on key KPIs
✔ Negotiation of commercial terms
✔ Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
✔ Analyze market trends and raw material price fluctuations
✔ Support annual budgeting and procurement savings targets
✔ Stakeholder management
✔ Support new initiatives
✔ Prepare procurement reports of KPIs

**Education:**
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Materials, Engineering
✔ MBA will be an advantage

**Experience:**
✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
✔ Packaging/Material sourcing preferred

**Skills Required:**
✔ Proficiency in SAP
✔ MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
