We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative, visually appealing, and market-ready packaging solutions that align with brand guidelines and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create packaging designs for products, boxes, labels, pouches, and other packaging materials.
- Develop creative concepts, mockups, and final artwork for production.
- Ensure designs meet branding, marketing, and product requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files according to production specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and production departments to understand project requirements.
- Revise and modify designs based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and printing technologies.
- Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and production guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of packaging structures, printing processes, and color management.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
