Order Verification Specialist

Description:

This is a paid internship position for an Order Confirmation Agent, based at our Faisalabad office. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling customers to confirm and verify their orders. You will play a key role in minimizing fake orders and improving the order fulfillment rate.

Your communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-first approach will be crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm online orders.
• Verify order details including name, address, and payment method.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally and politely.
• Report daily confirmed/canceled orders to the team lead.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and support teams for smooth order processing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Urdu (basic English is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce or online order processing is a plus.
• Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
