Operations Officer

Description:

Blue EX is hiring "Operations Officer" for Korangi office.

Pickup Management Responsibilities:
• Receive Import shipment requests via the Import Express Module and email.
• Record shipments in the Booking Portal and assign to relevant station based on pickup location.
• Coordinate between shipper, consignee, and station teams to align pickup and ensure timely delivery to the outbound team.
• Monitor linehaul connections and follow up on shipment movement from other stations to the main hub.
• Communicate with shippers in case of pickup delays or cancellations, and ensure they are notified immediately.

Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.

- Location: Korangi Warehouse - Karachi.
- Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
