Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Operations to lead and manage our security operations across Hyderabad and Interior Sindh (multiple location)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired officer from Pakistan Army

• Minimum rank: Major or Lieutenant Colonel

• Preference will be given to officers from Infantry and Armoured Corps

• Demonstrated experience in command, field operations, and team management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage security operations across multiple client sites

• Ensure effective deployment, discipline, and performance of security personnel

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and operational reviews

• Maintain strong coordination with clients to ensure service excellence

• Handle crisis situations and ensure timely resolution

• Implement and monitor SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
