We are seeking a Project Operations Manager to oversee transport operations for a shift-based mill project — ensuring seamless employee transportation while leading and coordinating our entire company team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

 

Manage and supervise daily bus operations for mill shifts (day & night)

 

Plan and maintain shift schedules for drivers and vehicles

 

Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of mill staff

 

Liaise with mill management to meet operational needs

 

Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and route efficiency

 

Lead, motivate, and coordinate the full transport team across departments

 

Supervise driver attendance, performance, and discipline

 

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance

 

Attend daily Zoom meetings to discuss operational tasks and updates

 

Travel to Faisalabad once a week for on-site reporting.

🛠 Requirements

 

3–5 years’ experience in transport/logistics operations

 

Solid background in bus/fleet scheduling for industrial or mill projects

 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

 

Ability to manage teams across diverse roles

 

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic transport management tools
