Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 (plus monthly incentive)


Role Description:
Looking for Operations Manager — Karachi You will be in charge of the basics of running the business, managing teams and managing efficiency within departments. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, track performance, and drive ongoing productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day to day operation of the printing plant, while identifying and implementing measures for guaranteeing an ideal workflow.
- Manage the team , hold them accountable and lead for high performance.
- Work with departments to build and implement operational strategies.
- Track and manage performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ownership of improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges with tight timelines.
- Flexible And Available.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and Urdu/Hindi.
- 4+ years leadership experience
- Banking, credit or call center,, sales experience a plus.
- Proven experience in leading teams together with team management skills
- Good working under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Open to new ideas and technologies
