Operations Manager

Description:

Winston Tech Zone is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational support directly to the CEO. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating across departments, managing key initiatives, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic tech environment ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a leadership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive & Strategic Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans.

  • Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up on key action items.

  • Provide strategic input and act as a thought partner to the CEO.

• Operations Leadership:

  • Supervise and streamline day-to-day operations across all departments.

  • Develop and enforce operational policies, processes, and workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Admin teams.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as a central point of contact between leadership and departmental teams.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Stakeholder & External Relations:

  • Manage relationships with partners, investors, and service providers.

  • Represent the company at meetings and draft executive communications.

• Event & Meeting Management:

  • Organize company events, workshops, and internal meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking and technical setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or executive-level support.

• Must possess own vehicle.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and strategic projects.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Asana or Trello.

• Trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
