Operations Executive

You will be directly responsible for overseeing the operational flow across leading platforms such as Daraz, LAAM, and company-managed websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, shipment scheduling, and inventory updates across Daraz, LAAM, and the brand’s websites

• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and update product listings to avoid order cancellations or fulfillment delays

• Liaise with warehouse staff and ensure accurate record-keeping of incoming/outgoing goods

• Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, or returns

• Ensure platform compliance and implement platform-specific policies and promotional schedules

• Generate periodic reports on order status, returns, shipping timelines, and stock movements

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operations with campaign plans and forecasted demand

• Suggest improvements in operational workflows and e-commerce efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant discipline

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or logistics coordination

• Strong knowledge of Daraz Seller Center, LAAM vendor panel, and basic e-commerce CMS platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems

• Detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to operational excellence

• Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with vendors, logistics, and internal teams
