We Are Hiring – Operations Engineer 📍 Pakistan Wire Industries Pvt. Ltd. Pakistan Wire Industries is looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations Engineer to join our team and support production excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize daily production operations Analyze production data (efficiency, scrap, downtime) and prepare reports Handle production planning and scheduling based on demand and capacity Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely availability of raw materials Support implementation of process improvements and cost reduction projects Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards Assist in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing losses 🎯 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Metallurgical Engineering 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates with strong analytical skills may apply) Strong command of MS Excel (Power BI is a plus) Good problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
