Description:

Job responsibilities:

 

1. Client Management:

- Review and maintain accurate records of LLC and LTD clients.

- Communicate with clients to collect missing data.

 

2. Banking and Financial Operations:

- Assist in creating and managing USA/UK bank accounts.

- Set up and manage payment gateways/merchants for seamless transactions.

 

3. E-commerce Management:

- Create and manage USA/UK Amazon Seller Central accounts.

- Resolve issues related to Amazon Seller Central and bank accounts.

 

4. Research and Development:

- Conduct market research to identify updates and opportunities in e-commerce and fintech banking.

 

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work with cross-functional teams for optimal efficiency.

- Maintain detailed records using Google Sheets.

- Provide timely progress reports to the Manager Legal & Operations.

 

6. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

- Facilitate EIN formation for newly formed businesses.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports.

 

7. General Operations:

- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager and management.

 

8. Reporting Line:

- Manager Legal & Operations

 

Qualifications

Bachelors with 01-02 years of experience in Sales operations and compliance.
