Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate inventory, order processing, and logistics.
• Prepare operational reports using MS Excel and ERP.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant operations experience in a product-based company.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
