Job Responsibilities
Handle partners and drivers professionally
Assign bookings to drivers and partners
Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, and calls
Create and manage bookings accurately
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service
Requirements
Good communication skills in calls, WhatsApp, and email
Responsible and professional attitude
Ability to manage bookings and coordination properly
Basic computer and communication handling skills
Experience in customer dealing or operations is a plus
