O&m Engineer

Zonergy is expanding its team and looking for experienced and proactive O&M Engineers to join us in Islamabad. The ideal candidates will possess technical expertise in solar project operations and after-sales service, along with the ability to lead technical execution and documentation—especially in support of bidding and engineering deliverables for Islamabad-based roles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead product solutions and deliver after-sales technical support for solar and hybrid energy systems.
2) Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring optimal plant performance.
3) Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and improve system efficiency.
4) Provide technical assistance and guidance to subcontractors and clients, including remote support when necessary.
5) Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of DC/AC systems, inverters, MV/HV switchgear, SCADA, and transformers using diagnostic tools.
6) Ensure all work meets company and international quality standards, as well as compliance with HSE protocols.
7) Take ownership of post-installation customer issue resolution, warranty support, and technical troubleshooting.

[For Islamabad]: Candidates must have experience in bidding projects, preparing engineering documentation, and developing implementation plans including civil works coordination and mobilization.
Conduct client training on the operation, maintenance, and care of installed systems.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering
✅ 2–5 years of relevant experience in solar O&M or after-sales technical support
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
✅ For Islamabad: Must have experience in technical bidding, documentation, and construction planning
