Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales of Neuro, Spine, and Surgical Medical Devices.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop and execute national sales strategies.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and key healthcare stakeholders.

Drive business development and manage key accounts.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Conduct product presentations and support product launches.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Master's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years in a Sales Management role.

Strong experience in Neuro, Spine, Surgical, Orthopedic, or Hospital Medical Devices.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel across Pakistan.
