This is a strategic and high-impact role designed for professionals with a solid track record in FMCG sales management.

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing regional strategies, managing teams, and ensuring revenue growth by expanding distribution channels and optimizing sales performance. You will play a vital role in leading the organization’s edible oils and fats portfolio across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets for cooking oil products.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.

• Identify and onboard new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure effective planning and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Monitor regional performance, analyze sales reports, and forecast demand efficiently.

• Manage budgets and control regional sales expenses effectively.

Requirements:

• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 📈 Experience: 5–7+ years in FMCG sales management, preferably in edible oils or related food sectors

• 📊 Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets

• 👥 Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• 💬 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• 🧠 In-depth understanding of sales networks and distribution systems in Pakistan

• ✈️ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
