Description:
We are looking for an MTO - HR from the top 1% of people-focused talent in Pakistan. HR at oladoc is not admin. It is the architecture of who gets in, who stays, and what culture gets built. This role requires you to stretch and brig your A game from day 1. No exceptions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management
- Draft and maintain HR policies, onboarding SOPs, and people operations documentation
- Support org development: culture surveys, engagement tracking, team structure work
- Use Claude to draft JDs, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows, and remove busywork from HR ops
- Handle sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy, and follow-through

- You have used Claude specifically. Not because someone told you to. Because it makes you sharper.
- You write clearly. Policy docs, email responses, interview summaries. Vague writing means vague thinking.
