We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Support Engineer to join our Mobile Team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands-on experience in native mobile development (iOS/Android) and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. You’ll play a critical role in assisting our clients including leading banks, telecom companies, and fintech enterprises, with seamless integrations and solutions for our innovative mobile SDKs and applications.
Requirements
• At least 1 year’s experience in native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Bonus: Experience with Flutter/React Native or cross-platform development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Understanding of app security principles.
• Familiarity with API integration and database concepts.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with the integration of mobile SDKs and products, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app issues (native Android/iOS).
• Debug complex technical issues using logs and error analysis.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively with clients via email or calls.
• Provide technical support for our in-house mobile applications.
