Strugbits is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Sales Expert to join our Sales & Growth team.

This is a chat-based sales role where you’ll handle warm inbound leads generated through our Facebook & Instagram campaigns and convert them into paying clients for our Web & Mobile App Development services.

💼 Position: Meta Ads Sales Expert
📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A, Karachi
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
🕗 Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
📅 Monday – Friday
💰 Minimum Monthly Target: $10,000 USD

What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound leads through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger & Instagram DMs
• Pitch and sell website & mobile app development services
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Handle objections and close deals
• Maintain accurate lead and deal records in CRM
• Coordinate successful client handovers with the development team

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven sales track record - experts only
✔️ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
✔️ Experience in chat-based/digital sales
✔️ Strong English written communication
✔️ Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, or IT services is a must
✔️ Strong negotiation, objection-handling & closing skills
✔️ Experience with CRM and lead management
