As a Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating with various local vendors and ensuring smooth execution from design to delivery. Your ability to source quality materials, manage budgets, and ensure timely production is key to the brand’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complete production timelines, ensuring on-time deliveries

• Source and purchase high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories aligned with design specifications

• Coordinate effectively with local vendors for embroidery, dyeing, stitching, and finishing processes

• Maintain strict control over production budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

• Monitor and enforce quality control at all stages of production

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in merchandising, particularly in the women's apparel sector

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; must be confident in dealing with vendors and local artisans

• Excellent time management skills; must consistently meet production deadlines

• In-depth knowledge of textile processes and materials, including:

  • Multi-head embroidery

  • Fabric types and characteristics

  • Dyeing techniques including tie & dye, reactive, and pigment methods
