✅ Required Expertise:

• HVAC System Design
• Electrical Load & Voltage Calculation
• Commercial Kitchen Ventilation (Ducts, Hoods, Grease Trap, Drainage)
• MEP Layout for Residential & Commercial Buildings
• Software Skills: AutoCAD & Revit
• Must be able to design and draft full MEP drawings
• Must have own laptop

📎 Additional Requirements:

• Ability to calculate HVAC and Electrical Load
• Proven portfolio with 3–6 completed projects
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Strong attention to detail & code compliance
• Effective communication & technical documentation
