About the Role
Cyber System Private Limited is seeking a Medical Billing AR Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate will have expertise in claim follow-up, denial management, appeals, and maximizing insurance reimbursements while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims with US insurance companies.
Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
Process appeals and resubmissions to maximize reimbursements.
Analyze EOBs and ERAs to identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of account activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing – Accounts Receivable (AR).
Strong understanding of the US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Experience in claim follow-up, denial management, appeals, and payment posting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software.
