Media Buyer

Description:

Tavren is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

You’ll be responsible for launching, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign structures
• Manage lead-generation campaigns and funnels
• Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and conversion tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reporting
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve results

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Experience running lead-generation campaigns
• Understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
