VA Force is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team on a project basis, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Facebook/Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, budget allocation, and ROAS optimization
• Ability to analyze performance data and pivot strategy quickly
• A portfolio showcasing past campaign results

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch, and manage media buying campaigns on Facebook and Google
• Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize for performance
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams
• Report on campaign performance with actionable insights
