Mechanical Engineer

Description:

Skill Required:

· Strong Knowledge of static & rotary equipment installation.

· Ability to read & interpret P&ID, GAD, Isometric and vendor drawings.

· Strong Site execution and supervision skills for shutdown and ATA.

· Proficiency in coupling and alignment techniques.

· Hand-on experience with piping system (Fabrication, erection and hydrotesting).

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the installation, alignment and commissioning support of static & rotary equipment and associated piping system.

· Supervise installation of static equipment (LP Separator, vessels, tanks, compressors/rotary equipment.

· Ensure correct leveling, grouting and bolt torqueing during equipment installation.

· Managing piping fabrication, erection, fit up, welding hydrotesting and reinstatement as per drawing.

· Supervise valve installation (control, relief, isolation and functional testing).

· Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection, NDT and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, vendor manuals and code standards.

· Ensure adherence to HSE Standards during execution .
