Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications and performance requirements.

● Utilize CAD/CAM and FEM, dynamic motion analysis to create detailed designs, simulations, and analysis.

● Conduct reliability engineering calculations on product designing.

● Conduct system engineering activities from project design to product analysis.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.

● Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, technical specifications, and project updates.

● Participate in design reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvements.

● Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into design methodologies.

Qualification & Skills:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university.

● +2 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.

● Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM, tolerance analysis, FEA (thermal simulation, stress), and motion analysis (stress under variable load, vibrations) with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

● Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (CAD/CAM), and ANSYS/SolidWorks/COMSOL (FEA, dynamic motion analysis).

● Strong academic background with a demonstrated aptitude for research and problem-solving.

● Comprehensive knowledge of industry design standards and regulatory requirements.
