We’re Hiring Marketing Executive – Karachi

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of a client in the Cosmetics/Manufacturing industry. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, social media, and market research to support brand-building initiatives and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize the Shopify store to improve user experience and drive sales
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging, high-quality content
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing and promotional materials
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support product launches and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives

Experience Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of market research and social media marketing
• Proficiency in Shopify and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
• Digital marketing courses or certifications are a plus

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Additional certifications in digital marketing preferred
