Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in digital and offline marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, coordinating with clients, and supporting brand development initiatives. Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create engaging content and manage the company’s social media presence.
Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials and promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Assist in brand strategy development and support branding initiatives
Manage email marketing campaigns and track their performance.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align marketing activities with project goals.
Prepare marketing performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand promotion
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
Proficiency in marketing software such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other social media/marketing tools
Experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred:
Experience handling corporate clients and B2B marketing
Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-focused approach
